Job summary

Marlink HK Limited is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute and finalize IT/telecommunications projects for customer vessels worldwide. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, schedules and quality, and report progress to stakeholders.

You will work with international teams, travel as needed, and ensure clear communication in English. A degree in IT/telecommunications or business administration is preferred, with strong PM knowledge and experience with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management.
• Experience in customer handling in international environments, maritime preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages welcome.
• Eligible to live and work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources and third‑party contractors to deliver projects.
• Define project objectives and ensure quality control throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver fast and efficient installations and upgrades on vessels worldwide.
• Manage delivery to customer and internal departments; report progress.
• Create orders, tickets, and reports; monitor tasks and due dates.
• Perform site surveys on board or remotely and provide technical support.
• Collaborate in meetings with customers and internal teams.
