Job summary

Marlink B.V., a global leader in maritime connectivity, is seeking a Project Manager in Hong Kong to lead IT and telecom installations on vessels worldwide. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, project reporting, site surveys (on board or remote), and ensuring quality across the project lifecycle. Fluent English and international teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Telecommunications and/or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Project Management.
• Experience handling customers in international environment, maritime preferred.
• Good knowledge of satellite, network/IP technologies, IT/telecommunication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors to deliver projects.
• Provide project reporting and lifecycle quality control.
• Carry out site surveys, on board or remote, and create orders/reports.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for defined work.
• Operate tickets in ticketing systems and handle emails accordingly.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings.
• Travel as needed for work activities.
