Qualifications

• 5 years of application / production support experience.
• Strong experience supporting securities or trading applications.
• Strong Linux/Unix command-line knowledge.
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting.
• Solid incident management and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide production/application support for front-office trading systems.
• Monitor application health and investigate production issues.
• Manage incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Support system releases, deployments and configuration changes.
• Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, traders and business users.
• Perform system health checks and support operational processes.
