Job summary

Ares Management in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate for the Global Client Solutions team to support investor onboarding, data room maintenance and investor data capture across funds.

The role requires coordinating with Relationship Management, Product, Finance, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Technology, plus strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork to deliver best-in-class client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced, client-service or investment services role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Intralinks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Investor Services onboarding and data room processes.
• Capture and maintain investor data across funds.
• Coordinate with Relationship Management, Product, Finance, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Technology.
