Job summary

Ares Management is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on supporting investor relations and client servicing for institutional investors in Korea, collaborating with senior managers to ensure high-quality client experiences.

You will engage in preparing materials, coordinating requests, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with reporting, all while developing market insights and contributing to investor events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in asset management, investor relations, or related field for Analyst; 4+ years for Associate.
• Experience with institutional investors in private credit or private equity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication in English and Korean.

Responsibilities

• Support the Korea Relationship Management team with client servicing activities.
• Coordinate investor requests and due diligence processes.
• Maintain CRM systems and investor records.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare materials.
• Assist with investor reporting and ongoing communications.
• Conduct market and industry research.
• Help organize investor events and meetings.
