Job summary

ARK Wealth Management-NOAH in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to connect Independent Financial Advisors and deliver Noah's premier global asset allocation and family legacy solutions to affluent clients worldwide.

You will lead IFA channel development, empower partners with Noah's Olive and Glory platforms, ensure compliant onboarding, and coordinate cross-border asset allocation while maximizing AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 8+ years of experience in Hong Kong wealth management or IFA channel development.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong regulatory environment; SFC licenses preferred.
• Proficiency with digital platforms (e.g., Nexus) for business management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFA channel development in Hong Kong and overseas markets.
• Provide IFAs with product and solution support leveraging Noah's Olive and Glory platforms.
• Formulate channel expansion plans and lead a team to achieve AUM targets.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulations and Noah's internal standards.
• Utilize Nexus dashboards and CRM data to monitor performance and strategies.
