Job summary

Captar Partners Limited is seeking a Global Head of Talent Management and Organisation Design to build a truly global talent architecture at the Group Office level. This strategy-focused role sits on the CHRO's leadership team and drives end-to-end talent management, succession, and org design across markets.

The ideal candidate will establish Group-wide standards, lead executive development, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure agile, future-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years in leadership roles within talent management or OD.
• Global or HQ level experience in talent and succession frameworks.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global talent strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish and drive talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipelines.
• Lead organizational design initiatives including workforce planning.
• Ensure OD initiatives align with service excellence and Group values.
• Design and scale leadership development programmes for executives.
• Identify skill gaps and build learning pathways for a future-ready workforce.
• Oversee Learning & Development to ensure impact and measurement.
• Collaborate with CHRO and global leaders to align talent strategy with enterprise priorities.
