Job summary

BIPO is seeking a Presales Solutions Consultant to drive engagement for multi-country HCM and Global Payroll solutions across the region. You will lead architecture, demos, and PoCs while collaborating withSales, Product, and Implementation teams to tailor solutions for large enterprises.

The ideal candidate has deep HRMS/HCM experience, strong pre-sales capabilities, and excellent communication in English and Mandarin, with a proactive, agile mindset to adapt to evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRMS/HCM and Global Payroll domains.
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions and craft solutions.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture and integrations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for multi-country/global enterprise projects, especially China and global markets.
• Lead solution strategy and customer engagement during pre-sales cycles, including discovery sessions.
• Prepare, configure, and present system demos, walkthroughs, and PoCs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation to tailor solutions and drive pre-sales.
• Develop and maintain high-quality responses to global RFPs/RFIs.
