Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an SEO/GEO Specialist (Manager) to lead cross‑functional SEO initiatives across Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and more. The role emphasizes technical and content SEO, stakeholder communication, and QA across BAU and projects.

You will work with global teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and drive initiatives that improve organic visibility and lead generation while managing timelines and risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with success across multiple Asia markets.
• Background in financial services and regional roles preferred.
• Fluent written/spoken English; additional local languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery timelines and QA across SEO/GEO projects.
• Communicate SEO concepts, strategies and metrics to partners across markets.
• Deliver full-stack SEO services for Asian markets including technical and content SEO.
• Develop content briefs, oversee approvals with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing.
• Prepare educational materials, playbooks and training resources.
• Produce regular performance updates and risk/mitigation reports.
