Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Director, Financial ERP Systems to define and execute the enterprise ERP strategy across regions. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of the ERP platform and partner with regional leadership to drive financial transformation.

Lead a global team, manage multi-country rollout programs, ensure standardization, governance, GDPR compliance, and risk management while delivering scalable ERP infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial ERP systems with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-country ERP implementations on SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Fusion.
• Deep expertise in core ERP modules (FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Recognition).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end financial ERP implementation and multi-country rollouts.
• Ensure GDPR/regulatory compliance across regions and manage internal controls.
• Oversee vendor relationships with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and SI partners.
• Build and lead a global ERP team and drive change management and user adoption.
