ByteDance's Corporate Finance team in Hong Kong is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to support financial analysis, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making across the Group. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to review financial conditions, evaluate strategic alternatives, and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, or investment management.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Interest in global capital markets and deal activity.

Responsibilities

Prepare in-depth financial analysis and build financial models for the Group's P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, capital structure, capital efficiency, and investments in strategic initiatives.
Support research and planning for the Group’s financing strategy and monitor financing transactions across global markets.
Track industry trends, peer performance, valuation levels, and capital markets developments to support internal information sharing; interface with banks, investors, and external partners.
Collaborate with Group FP&A, Finance BPs, Treasury, Accounting & Reporting, Investor Relations, and Corporate Development teams across analyses and internal projects.
