Job summary

Oracle Systems Hong Kong Ltd seeks a Senior Project Director to steer large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations for global clients. You will own program P&L, ensure delivery quality, and serve as the trusted executive to client CIO/CFO across multi-year engagements.

The role requires leading onshore/offshore teams, managing scope and risk, and driving aggressive milestones in complex, blended delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Experience: 20+ years in consulting/IT services delivery.
• 6–8 years leading large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Global multi-country rollout experience across continents and entities.
• Deep familiarity with OUM/True Cloud Method; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile preferred.
• Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation and influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements as Engagement Director / Program Director on Oracle Fusion ERP rollouts.
• Own the master program plan, milestones and cross-workstream delivery.
• Chair steering committees and provide executive-level status to client sponsors.
• Lead Go/No-Go decisions, cutover planning and hypercare exit criteria.
• Mentor and develop delivery leaders; manage blended onshore/offshore teams.
