Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager - Finance Systems to lead the finance systems team, drive process improvements, and oversee end-to-end system implementations including data migration and go-live support.

The role bridges IT and finance, delivering project success through strong stakeholder management, cloud-based initiatives like Oracle EPM Cloud, and RPA automation. Mandarin and English fluency required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, BIS or related disciplines.
Solid SAP FICO knowledge is advantageous.
Experience in finance-related systems implementations in financial services.
Experience with cloud projects and data migration is a plus.
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent in English with good Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance systems team in reviewing current systems and identifying process improvements.
Manage end-to-end system implementations including requirements gathering, development, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
Bridge communication and operational gaps between IT and finance departments; provide regular status updates to management.
Ensure continuous system improvement and issue resolution for optimal finance processes.
