Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking an experienced Execution Trader to handle orders across Hong Kong, Japan, China A-Share, Korea, Taiwan and the US, covering listed cash equities, CFDs/Swaps and listed options.

The role is a pure execution position with no book/risk management. You will monitor best execution, distribute orders to counterparties, and provide feedback to fund managers while ensuring compliance with SFC, the fund prospectus, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• University degree in a business related discipline.
• 3 years or above trading experience in sell-side banks or buy-side hedge funds/asset managers.
• Experience trading in HK, China A, TW, JPN, KR and U.S. across listed equities (cash and synthetics/swaps) and listed options.
• Must have experience trading low touch and algos.
• Experience with broker commission management, TCA and borrows would be advantageous.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Execute trading orders in securities such as listed cash equities, CFDs/Swaps and listed options for markets including Hong Kong, Japan, China A-Share, Korea, Taiwan and US.
• Distribute fund managers' trading orders to the relevant counterparties.
• Monitor the trading process based on the best execution practice.
• Provide timely feedback to fund managers on the result of execution.
• Ensure the fund portfolio is in line with SFC, fund prospectus and the Company's internal regulations.
