Job summary

A global institutional asset manager is seeking a Junior Equity and or Equity Derivatives Trader to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will involve providing risk and market risk analysis for derivatives platforms and executing basic credit transactions. The ideal candidate will have a BA in finance or economics, 2-4 years of trading experience, and knowledge of Asian equity markets. Qualifications

• BA (or equivalent) with finance or economic focus, ideally quantitative or accounting.
• 2-4 years trading experience, including Market and Credit Risk at a hedge fund.
• Knowledge of Swaps/CFDs/Repos among other asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and market risk analysis to derivatives and securities finance platforms.
• Perform transaction cost analysis projects associated with the trading process.
• Monitor portfolio risk and corporate actions adjustments.
