Job summary

A top-tier hedge fund in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Equity Trader to handle global equity orders. You will work closely with portfolio managers, ensuring best execution based on disciplined strategies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of trading experience, strong knowledge of equity microstructure, and proficiency in trading systems. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of equity execution trading experience at a top tier Buyside Investment Management company.
• Strong understanding of global equity microstructure across APAC, US, and European markets.
• Fluency in Mandarin strongly preferred for coordination with mainland investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute orders across major global markets minimizing slippage and market impact.
• Work directly with PMs to understand trade urgency and risk considerations.
• Maintain awareness of global trading conditions and catalyze insights.
