Qualifications

• 3-5 years of equity or bond trading experience.
• Strong data analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
• Familiar with Bloomberg AIMS, Wind, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable to build relationships with brokers and counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades across global markets (HK, US, Mainland China).
• Back up trader for fixed income and money market trading.
• Prepare daily trade reports and end-of-day summaries.
• Provide market intelligence and execution feedback to Portfolio Managers.
• Perform pre-trade and post-trade controls and risk checks.
• Maintain accurate booking and retention of trade records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
• Manage broker and counterparty relationships; monitor performance.
• Support investor and regulatory due diligence requests.
