Job summary

Kody, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Hong Kong to lead enterprise-level client relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive account strategy, and identify upsell opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 8-10 years of B2B account management experience in a fintech/SaaS environment, with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing enterprise level B2B accounts in complex environments.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payment services is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Build deep relationships with decision makers and executives on strategic accounts, coordinating across cultures and time zones.
• Consultation: Escalate complex client issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely solutions.
• Business development: Understand client needs, align Kody products, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Feedback: Gather client feedback and provide insights to Product and Tech teams to improve offerings.
• Analysis: Report on account performance and client satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Supporting: Assist onboarding, address technical and operational challenges, and deliver client training.
