Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd in PRC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead direct and indirect material purchasing for electronic, plastic and metal components in a factory setting. You will develop supplier sources, negotiate prices and credit terms, and manage inventory to meet production schedules.

The role requires 8–10 years of factory purchasing experience in consumer electronics, strong leadership, bilingual Chinese/English communication, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years solid purchasing in consumer electronics in factory.
• Strong leadership, integrity, business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, team player, able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all purchasing for direct and indirect materials.
• Source electronic, plastic and metal parts and negotiate prices/credit terms.
• Develop supplier sources and monitor inventory.
• Monitor delivery schedules to meet production deadlines.
• Analyze vendor performance and present recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare annual proposals and budgets for the department.
