Job summary

Vivere Sky (HK) Limited seeks a seasoned Manager – International Education and Business Development to lead growth in education and sports training initiatives. You will craft programmes, forge international partnerships, and shape strategy across markets.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with academic and industry partners, and drive revenue growth through new opportunities while ensuring programme quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in training, business development, programme management, or related fields.
• Proven track record in developing partnerships and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage international education and sports-related training programmes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, sports organizations, associations, and other stakeholders locally and overseas.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in international education, sports development, and professional training.
• Ensure programme quality, participant engagement, and achievement of business objectives.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the organization's reach and revenue streams.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, budgets, and partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, sports organizations, corporate partners, government bodies, and industry partners.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Monitor business performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Lead special projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and innovation.
• Ensure efficient coordination across departments and stakeholders.
