Global Sports Jobs Limited seeks a capable project support professional to assist in the planning, development and implementation of the Life and Health Academic Research Building at the Northern Metropolis University Town in Hong Kong. The role focuses on coordinating timelines and budgets, supporting governance, and liaising with government bureaux, external agencies and internal divisions.

You will prepare submissions, reports and briefing materials to ensure compliance with grant conditions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-8 years' relevant experience in project support, administrative coordination or compliance.
• Strong ability to interface with people across various functions and levels.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of government policies and insights into community service needs.
• Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical and reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in coordinating the planning and commissioning of the Life and Health Academic Research Building, including tracking progress against timelines, budgets and deliverables, and flagging potential issues for escalation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for the establishment and ongoing governance of the Life and Health Academic Research Building.
• Support liaison and coordination with Government bureaux and departments, external agencies and internal divisions within the Club, including preparing submissions and following up on information requests to ensure compliance with grant conditions and reporting requirements.
• Assist in compiling progress and relevant data, and support the preparation of reports and papers for internal review and submission.
• Conduct research and prepare draft briefing materials, summaries and correspondence, as well as communication and publicity materials regarding the Life and Health Academic Research Building.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
