Job summary

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, define adoption strategies, and partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to commercialise data tools and embed them into the client journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving digital adoption or transformation in a complex organisation, preferably financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, operations, technology and client teams.
• Ability to define success metrics and translate insights into improvements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for varied audiences.
• Structured planning and execution with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and stakeholder engagement to promote adoption of data and digital tools.
• Define adoption strategies with target audiences, onboarding journeys, and training.
• Drive product commercialisation and go-to-market enablement for data tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end client journeys and workflows.
• Establish governance and operating model embedding for adoption initiatives.
