Job summary
Accenture Song is hiring a Digital Product Designer in Hong Kong to drive customer-centric product experiences from concept to delivery. You will craft information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for the customer voice throughout development.
The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong experience with design tools, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience with 3+ years as a digital product designer.
- Experience conducting user testing and workshops.
- Degree holder in Visual Design or Interactive Design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Experience with motion and micro interactions is a plus.
- Exposure to China and global markets is a plus.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good time management and prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of the customer and brand throughout the design process.
- Contribute to detailed design deliverables and design systems.
- Prototype across fidelity levels and devices.
- Collaborate with product owners and agile teams to ensure design intent.
- Present concepts in client sessions and design reviews.
- Plan team events and community workshops.
