Job summary

HAECO Group is seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join the Group Digital Customer Experience team in Hong Kong. You will work with Product Owners and other Designers to shape digital products touching users worldwide.

You will run workshops, conduct user research, translate findings into design requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with developers during build to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or related field is required.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is preferred.
8+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define product problems with the product team and translate them into clear product and design requirements.
Run focused workshops (journey mapping, prioritization, opportunity framing) to align stakeholders and confirm direction and scope.
Conduct user research—interviews, surveys, and usability tests—to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring designs align with product direction, user needs, and business goals.
Map end-to-end user flows and design information architecture to enable clear, scalable navigation and well-defined scope.
Create low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts and validate interactions.
Partner with the development team during implementation, provide assets and specs, and support UAT to ensure design quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
