Job summary

Cognizant in Hong Kong seeks a Senior UX Designer to translate business goals into compelling customer experiences. You will lead UX design, conduct stakeholder interviews, run design thinking workshops, and collaborate with designers, researchers and developers to build innovative services and technologies.

Apply human-centered, agile methodologies; create journey maps, wireframes and design systems, and measure outcomes with KPIs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers, researchers, consultants, developers, technology experts and internal business leaders.
Communicate, present and collaborate with client stakeholders.
Produce: experience strategies, experience blueprints, customer journey maps, information architectures, UX flows, wireframes, UI designs, visual designs, presentations.
Manage review and feedback provisions to produce iterative cycles of production.
Attend and actively participate in required meetings.
Create hypotheses based on analysis and mapping it to measurable KPIs for testing verification.
