Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of solid UI/UX and product design experience.
• Proficient with AI prototyping, coding and design apps including Claude, Figma, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Strong background in user-centered design and interaction principles.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for client and cross-functional collaboration.
• Portfolio showcasing UX, brand art direction and AI-assisted prototyping.
• Experience or familiarity with loyalty programs, retail systems or shopping-mall digital solutions is a plus.

• Lead digital solution design for client projects, driving creative direction from initial concept to end-to-end interactive demos.
• Act as the critical eye for the team by reviewing, auditing, and optimizing proposed user flows to minimize friction and maximize business value.
• Own business outcomes and product success across the full lifecycle, strategically prioritizing design efforts based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
• Conceptualize and deliver engaging, visually striking brand experiences that combine distinct visual identity with high-fidelity interface design.
• Build interactive prototypes, concept visuals, and demo videos using generative artificial intelligence design tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma.
• Define visual tones, art directions, and brand styles, presenting design narratives confidently to senior stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.

Job Requirements

• Possess 5 to 8 years of solid UI/UX and product design experience, preferably within an IT solution company or digital creative agency environment.
• Maintain strong proficiency with modern AI prototyping, coding, and design applications including Claude, Figma, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
• Demonstrate a strong background in user-centered design, interaction design principles, and digital experience creation.
• Demonstrate fluent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate seamlessly with clients and cross-functional teams.
