Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior growth leader to drive global growth strategies for DeFi-related products and on-chain ecosystems. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and regional teams to shape opportunities and partnerships.

You will build long-term relationships with protocols and ecosystem partners, inform product positioning, and translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives, leading cross-functional programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, Business Development, or related functions.
• Strong product mindset and ability to collaborate with Product teams on growth opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships with projects and industry partners.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment.
• Fluent English for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global growth strategies for DeFi-related products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Web3 users, products, and ecosystem trends and identify opportunities to support adoption.
• Partner with global Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to drive strategic product and ecosystem initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant protocols, projects, technology teams, and ecosystem partners.
• Provide industry and user insights to inform product positioning, user experience, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies.
• Support global ecosystem initiatives, partnership programs, and go-to-market projects.
• Stay ahead of developments across DeFi and the broader Web3 industry and translate trends into growth opportunities.
• Use data, user feedback, and market insights to evaluate and optimize growth strategies.
• Independently lead high-impact global and cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
