Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Hong Kong seeks an Associate to manage the full lifecycle of corporate action events in APAC, from announcement to reconciliation and finalization. The role ensures accuracy of client instructions and supports proxy voting processes, coordinating with global partners across middle office, client service, and product teams.

You will contribute to risk reduction, maintain high accuracy, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in day-to-day operation processing.
• Maintain high accuracy rate and identify exceptions.
• Proven ability to drive risk reduction and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of control checkpoints, client instructions and queries.
• Review and update processes to minimize risk and improve operations.
• Act as supervisor to mitigate all risk aspects in the team.
• Reconcile and validate votes from proxy vendors and escalate as needed.
• Provide support, guidance and training to strengthen the team and client experience.
• Serve as single point of contact for stakeholders to resolve corporate actions and proxy queries.
