Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is recruiting a Vice President for Global Custody Asset Servicing Middle Office Risk to oversee risk for complex corporate actions and income events from inception to payment. You will lead SMEs, drive improvements, and partner with client-facing teams to ensure strong controls and client confidence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate actions processing across asset classes (voluntary and income events).
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end asset servicing lifecycle and risks.
• Strong understanding of accounting entries for corporate actions and income.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage escalations.
• Proven record of driving process improvements using data and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for operational/technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and effective under tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on corporate actions and income processing across asset classes.
• Lead a team of SMEs; set priorities and coach for performance.
• Serve as escalation contact for complex queries and issues; perform root-cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements using analytics and automation tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues end-to-end and align on outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; maintain documentation and controls.
• Monitor KPIs and risk indicators; report status to stakeholders.
• Drive change initiatives and contribute to firmwide asset servicing programs.
• Support cross-regional coverage to ensure consistent service and risk oversight.
