Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in client-facing roles; international insurance programs experience is a plus.
• 2-5 years in corporate or specialty insurance with knowledge of products and terminology.
• 3-5 years in an international environment.
• University graduate or ACII/ANZIIF qualifications preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multinational programs across the globe with end-to-end client experience.
• Review underwriting materials for completeness and escalate to Underwriter if needed.
• Provide recommendations on program structure and ensure timely policy issuance and client expectations met.
