Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant in Hong Kong to partner with insurance clients on transformation agendas, co-create solutions, and define roadmaps. The role emphasizes delivering business value and operating model improvements.

You will lead delivery structures, support sales enabling modern tech solutions, and communicate with senior stakeholders in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The position requires at least six years in insurance with core systems knowledge; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of working experience with insurance clients or insurance companies.
• Experience in large-scale system integration or data migration projects preferred.
• Knowledge in Insurance Front-office, Products, Processes and Core System.
• Experience in end-to-end insurance or retirement process and operating model design.
• Strong stakeholder management with business/IT stakeholders and senior audiences.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are a must.

Responsibilities

• Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda.
• Co-create with the client and develop solutions into a workable plan and implementation roadmap.
• Define inputs for business cases and cost estimates; collaborate with delivery teams for value.
• Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery structure.
• Support global and market level sales and drive adoption of modern tech solutions.
• Articulate a compelling business/technology vision with industry expertise.
• Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment.
• Drive strategic opportunities by integrating innovative business/technology solutions.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights and guidance.
