e-Job Agency Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager, Client Services (Insurance Consultant) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering high-touch Employee Benefits and General Insurance services to corporate accounts, guided by Directors and an administrative lead.

You will manage client inquiries, renewals, and insurer coordination to ensure seamless service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or General Insurance, with IIQE (Papers 1-4) or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Employee Benefits or General Insurance, ideally within a brokerage or insurance carrier.
• Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance landscape and IIQE (Papers 1-4) or equivalent designations.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Calm, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for insurance policies and manage daily inquiries regarding benefits, coverage, claims procedures, payments, and enrollments.
• Guide clients through the documentation and submission process for claims, following up with insurers and escalating complex disputes.
• Facilitate end-to-end renewal processes, data management, and member updates.
• Liaise with insurers to resolve discrepancies and coordinate value-added services.
• Maintain meticulous client records and logs to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Assist Account Managers with client presentations, benefit comparisons, and renewal analysis.
• Foster long-term trust through professional service and identify coverage gaps to aid retention.
