Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager, Capacity & Footprint Planning, to shape PMI's global mid- to long-term capacity and footprint strategy for electronics product devices and accessories. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain functions including planning, with electronics experience a plus.
• Experience in S&OP processes and master data flow across systems.
• Experience in multinational environments, preferably electronics, with 3–6 years in leadership.
• Ability to translate planning outcomes into strategic business decisions.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead PMI's global mid- to long-term capacity and footprint strategy.
• Lead capacity governance across electronics ops, procurement, and EMS.
• Define and lead resilience strategy for business continuity of electronics devices.
• Develop business volume scenarios and assess risks and investment needs.
• Serve as contact for global capacity/footprint planning topics.
• Model compliance and ethics in line with PM policies.
