Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead capacity and capability planning for new toy introductions. You will coordinate with global vendor partners and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches, cost targets, and adequate manufacturing capability.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing or supply chain planning, strong English and Chinese communication, and proven experience with NPI programs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in manufacturing, consumer products, or supply chain planning.
• Experience managing new product introductions (NPI) from concept to launch preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and global supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity and capability planning for new toy introductions across global vendor partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans with Manufacturing Partners and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Sourcing, and suppliers to identify cost drivers and drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Planning and Sourcing to align capacity and production with forecasted demand.
• Identify supply risks and develop contingency plans for product introductions.
• Serve as communication bridge between external manufacturing partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions and report program status, risks and mitigations.
