Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited offers a 2027 Graduate Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track your career through structured rotations across Front, Middle and Back Office functions. You will collaborate with diverse teams on daily operations, client interactions and strategic initiatives while building presentations, proposals and market analyses.

Class of 2026 graduates in Finance, Computer Science or Business with up to two years of work experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Class of 2026 undergraduates or postgraduates in Finance, Computer Science, Business or related majors.
Max 2 years of work experience (Jul-Dec 2026).
Strong leadership, analytical and presentation skills.
Open-minded, creative and independent thinking.
Willingness to post to China or international locations.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotations across Front, Middle and Back Office functions.
Collaborate with teams to support daily operations, client interactions, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare presentations, proposals and market research.
Contribute to process improvement and efficiency projects.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience and resolve issues.
