Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an Executive Assistant Manager to act as the definitive second‑in‑command, with full operational accountability for the hotel's end‑to‑end performance. This role offers hands‑on exposure to strategic decision‑making, stakeholder management and cross‑departmental leadership.

You will oversee multi‑department operations, drive guest satisfaction, develop teams, support financial performance, manage change and lead special projects, while championing sustainability across

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management/ Property Management or related equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid hotel operations experience or in property management of luxury apartments and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Front Desk, Concierge & Security, Housekeeping, F&B Operations and hotel management best practices.
  • Solid knowledge in Hotel Property Management Systems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
  • Results-driven with a passion for service excellence, strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent inspirational leadership, team development and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of day‑to‑day operations across Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations (service and culinary) and coordinating Engineering to ensure smooth management.
  • Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction; review guest feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and foster a high‑performing workplace culture.
  • Participate in the development of the hotel’s strategic plan, prepare budgets, monitor revenues and drive profitability through cost control.
  • Embrace and lead organizational change; ensure initiatives are implemented and actions communicated to the team.
  • Monitor vendor/contractor performance and coordinate maintenance and renovation projects as needed.
  • Champion property sustainability initiatives within daily hotel operations.

The Executive Assistant Manager serves as the definitive second-in-command, holding full operational accountability for the hotel's end-to-end performance. This is a great rolewho aspires to become a General Manager, offering hands‑on experience in strategic decision‑making, stakeholder management and cross‑departmental leadership.

What will you do?
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and direct all aspects of day‑to‑day operations across Front Office, Secuirty, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations(Service and culinary) and coordinating Engineering department on the property in ensuring smooth and efficient management.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Demonstrate and communicate key drivers of guest satisfaction with the teams, review guest feedback and work to drive for continuous improvement by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into action plans.
  • Team Development: Be a role model to train and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive personal engagement and swift issue resolution. Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and team morale.
  • Financial & Commercial Performance: Participate in the development of the hotel’s strategic plan, prepare budgets, monitor revenues. Drive profitability by controlling operational costs, managing inventory, analyzing sales performance and executing innovative promotional campaigns.
  • Change Management: Embrace and lead organizational change in ensuring all corporate and business initiatives are effectively implemented and communicate follow‑up actions to team as necessary. Elevate ongoing enhancement of service standards in alignment with corporate initiatives.
  • Project Support:Assist in monitoring vendor/contractor performance, coordinating maintenance and enhancement works including potential renovation projects, managing administrative duties and provide support for ad‑hoc improvement initiatives or special projects as required.
  • Sustainability Advocacy:Champion property sustainability initiatives and integrate sustainable practices into daily hotel operations to support long‑term corporate and community goals.
What do we seek in you?
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management/ Property Managementor relatedequivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of solid hotel operations experience or in property managementof luxury apartments and minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; With luxury hotel experience will be an advantage
