Management Associate Program is designed for nurture high caliber fresh graduates for our client. It is a 2-year intensive and comprehensive program which brings you various opportunities to develop the project management skills, gain PRC exposure and pursue your career development in Construction Materials industry and become a future leader within our Company.

Suitable candidates will be offered a structured development program covering a wide range of training opportunities through workshops, assignments, project exposure, mentoring, performance reviews and management presentations. This program will also provide you with a taste of the business diversity and prepare you for future challenges. After the 2-year job rotation among various business functions, you will have a final placement at a designated department/business unit.

Requirements

• Recent university graduates of any disciplines, preferably in Science and Engineering (Civil/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Science) OR Business Administration
• Graduates with no more than 2 years of working experience will also be considered
• Eager to seize every opportunity to learn and keep interest stoked
• Independent, articulate and results-oriented, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess pleasant and outgoing personalities, along with an analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and spoken Putonghua
• Occasional business travels to Mainland China required.
