Job summary

Everbest Logistics Company Limited 永佳船務運輸有限公司 is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop relationships with customers, promote building products and logistics services, and drive revenue growth in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling aggregates, cement, river sand, and green building materials; exploring new clients; providing technical sales support; reporting forecasts and performance; and handling ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Construction/Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years Sales experience in building/construction materials and logistics, with 2 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Good leadership in team workforce with customer relationship management and client expansion.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible and proactive.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Driving Licence no. 1 & 2.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.

Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

• Promote and sell a variety range of building products (such as Aggregate, Cement, River Sand and Green Building Materials etc)
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Provide technical sales support to clients
• Review, monitor, reconcile, rectify and enhance sales/marketing mechanism to accomplish budgeted annual sales volume and turnover
• Provide timely reports to top management of sales forecast and result analysis, operation performance evaluation and business development
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Construction/Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years Sales experience in preferably in industries of Building/Construction Materials and Logistics, with 2 years in managerial / supervisory position will be advantage
• Good leadership in team workforce, including but not limited to good skill in customer relationship management and clientile expansion
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skill with customer oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, independent, aggressive, well-organized, flexible and proactove
• Good comman of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Driving Licence no. 1 & 2
