Tung Wah Group of Hospitals seeks a capable administrator to handle donations, reconcile records, issue receipts, and maintain the donor database with high accuracy. You will liaise with donors by phone and email and coordinate with other divisions to ensure timely follow-up.

The role includes preparing monthly reports, supporting the Donation Relationship Management System, processing monthly payments, answering donor enquiries, and assisting with fundraising events.

Qualifications

• 5 HKCEE passes including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
• F.5 completed with at least 1 year of relevant experience in administration, event management, fundraising, customer services, corporate communications or marketing.
• Good computer knowledge including Chinese and English word-processing.
• Mature personality with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team but also independently and under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Handle received donations including reconciliation and update the database with high accuracy; issue and deliver donation receipts and thank-you letters in a timely manner.
• Make calls or send emails to donors and work closely with other divisions / service units for donation follow-up when necessary.
• Prepare monthly reports and statistics for donation reconciliation and management review.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of the Donation Relationship Management System by providing suggestions for improvement, conducting User Acceptance Testing, performing data cleansing, and coordinating among users, programmers and vendors.
• Administer the monthly donation scheme, including processing monthly payments, handling donor enquiries, and delivering annual receipt.
• Receive walk-in donors, and respond to email and hotline enquiries from donors.
• Provide on-site support to the fund-raising events of the Division; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
