COFCO Capital (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking a proactive wealth management professional to develop and retain Hong Kong and cross-border HNW client portfolios, while empowering institutional channels and partner intermediaries.
You will oversee securities trading workflows, fund products, and structured products, and design training materials for channel partners.
Develop and retain Hong Kong and cross-border high-net-worth client portfolios, independently develop, maintain and empower institutional business channels, partner intermediaries and cooperative institutions, stabilize channel cooperation relationships, expand sustainable business sources, and deliver sustainable business growth and performance targets.
Manage and coordinate institutional business channels, intermediary partners and cooperative institutions – establish stable communication mechanisms, track channel performance, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day collaboration;
Oversee the full operational workflow of securities trading, fund products and structured products – including trade execution, settlement, fund movements, and exception handling, in close liaison with internal trading, risk and settlement teams;
Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes for channel partners – covering product features, trading rules, compliance requirements and operational procedures; develop and regularly update training materials and quick‑reference guides;
Participate in the screening and due diligence of securities, funds and structured products – assess compliance status, risk ratings and return profiles, and support the internal product approval and disclosure process;
Assist in risk monitoring and internal control enhancement – identify operational and compliance gaps, conduct periodic self‑reviews of channel business data, and support internal audit and regulatory inspection preparations;
Support the Responsible Officer (RO) in regulatory reporting and liaison – compile and verify data for SFC filings, and provide operational‑level explanations during regulatory enquiries or routine inspections.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above from recognized universities, major in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or other related disciplines is preferred;
3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with in-depth understanding of SFC regulatory rules and Hong Kong capital market operations;
Proficient in HNW client service mechanisms and asset allocation logic, with mature experience in channel relationship maintenance;
Outstanding client and channel communication, negotiation and demand-mining capabilities;
Solid practical experience in cross-border wealth management and securities product sales;
Capable of independently drafting regulatory documents, conducting client negotiations and business communications;
Strong risk awareness, compliance sensitivity and sense of responsibility.
