Job summary

SinoPro Securities Limited is seeking a diligent fund operations professional to manage day-to-day discretionary account and fund operations in a licensed environment in Hong Kong.

You will handle subscriptions, redemptions, NAV calculations, and trade settlements, while maintaining asset and cash controls, onboarding brokers, and supporting compliance checks. Immediate availability is preferred and a discretionary bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting and Finance or related discipline with relevant working experience in fund accounting and operations (hedge funds, PE funds, discretionary account, EAM).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in asset management companies and securities brokerage firms (preferably in a licensed corporation with RA 1, 4 and 9).
• Familiar with financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds and Derivatives)
• Experience using Ayers (BOS) and FINI is an advantage.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, with good command of Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day Discretionary account / fund operations including but not limited to subscription, redemption, fee calculations, corporate actions, cash management, trade settlement and fee payment;
• Perform daily NAV calculation, cash and securities position reconciliation, NAV pack review, price verification and other periodic data analytics;
• Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve settlement issues;
• Maintain comprehensive client asset and cash controls and perform daily reconciliation of assets held on trust against third party records;
• Assist in brokers related matters such as operational onboarding including custody and brokerage account opening;
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance/operational checks;
• Participate in ad hoc projects when required
