Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a finance professional to support the full lifecycle of fund investments—from due diligence and investment proposals to post-investment monitoring, valuation and exit. You will perform due diligence on target funds, prepare reports, monitor investments on a look-through basis and maintain post-investment records.

A CFA or similar credential is a plus; 3–5 years in fund-related roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in fund investments; CFA advantage.
• Strong integrity, teamwork, attention to detail, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Investment execution: complete due diligence on target funds and prepare reports.

About the Role

You will support the full lifecycle of fund investments — from due diligence and investment proposals, through post-investment monitoring and valuation, to exit — within a disciplined, process-driven investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment execution: Complete due diligence on target funds and prepare investment reports and recommendations.
• Post-investment management: Monitor invested funds on a look-through basis, oversee valuation, and keep post-investment records and reporting up to date.
• Exit: Execute exit plans in line with the Company's strategy and management requirements.
• Market research: Conduct market and industry research in line with the department's business development plan.
• Portfolio analytics: Prepare departmental statistics and fund portfolio analysis.
• Collaboration: Work with the head office and other internal departments to compile and provide data and materials as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, financial management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years or more of relevant experience; exposure to fund-of-funds, private equity funds or direct investments preferred; CFA charterholder an advantage.
• Strong professional integrity and sense of responsibility, solid teamwork, attention to detail and resilience under pressure.
