CDG Capital Company Limited is seeking a senior investment leader to define and execute market-leading strategies across public and private markets in the APAC region. You will lead the end-to-end deal process, oversee portfolio performance, and manage relationships with institutional investors and regulators.

Key responsibilities
Define and execute market-leading investment strategies, identifying high-yield growth opportunities across public/private markets
Lead the end-to-end deal process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation modeling, structuring, and contract negotiations
Oversee and optimize portfolio performance, actively managing value-creation initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, key stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry partners
Direct and mentor a high-performing team of investment managers and analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence
About you
10+ years of progressive investment experience in private equity, venture capital, asset management, or corporate M&A, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative disciplines from a top-tier institution
MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred
Proven history of successful transaction origination, execution, and profitable portfolio exits within the APAC region
Deep understanding of Hong Kong, Mainland China, and global financial markets, including relevant regulatory frameworks
Exceptional financial modeling, strategic analytical capabilities, advanced negotiation skills, and decisive business judgment
Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin (both written and spoken)
