We are seeking a patient, service-oriented Overseas Admissions Support Specialist to support our growing global education team. This fully remote role focuses on end-to-end student admission support for competitive overseas medical, dental and veterinary programmes. You will be the key coordinator overseeing student preparation progress, application workflows, and parent communication throughout the entire admission cycle. Candidates based in Hong Kong or Singapore are highly welcome, with backgrounds in international education, student affairs, programme coordination or consultancy considered a strong plus.

Job Purpose

This role exists to ensure smooth and structured student admission journeys. You will coordinate onboarding, monitor preparation milestones, maintain consistent follow-ups, and deliver high-standard service experience for students and families applying for top global universities. You will collaborate closely with internal academic teams to align student progress with application timelines and admission requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver structured online onboarding sessions for new intakes, introducing programme arrangements, study pathways and application workflows.

Conduct regular progress check-ins to track students’ academic preparation, portfolio development and application milestone completion.

Provide daily professional written support and clarification for student and parent enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Coordinate with tutors, interview coaches and operation teams to arrange learning support, training sessions and developmental resources for students.

Maintain continuous student engagement, monitor long-term preparation progress, and ensure consistent service quality across all cohorts.

Manage and update student records, progress trackers and internal database files with high precision and organisational neatness.

Work Arrangement

Work Mode: 100% fully remote / home-based

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift Pattern: Roster system including weekend duties (weekday compensatory rest provided)

Working Schedule: 9 hours × 5 days or 8 hours × 6 days per week

Training Period: 6 working days per week; 5-day schedule available after probation

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (HKT) | Flexible adjustment for suitable candidates

Requirements

Fluent in both spoken and written English; Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage for local family communication.

Stable internet connection and a quiet, independent home working environment free of background noise.

Comfortable with online video and voice communication with students and parents.

Strong organisational skills with high accuracy in data entry and record management.

Fast typing ability with a minimum speed of 65 WPM and high accuracy rate.

Available for immediate onboarding.

Patient, responsible, systematic and self-disciplined; able to sustain repetitive, detail-heavy coordination work.
