Job summary

Medic Paths Education is seeking a warm and client‑oriented Student Support & Admission Success Officer to join our remote education team. You will guide students and families through the admission journey, onboarding new intakes, tracking progress, and ensuring high satisfaction.

You should be fluent in English, with strong communication, data accuracy and CRM updating skills, and be comfortable with online onboarding sessions, Zoom, and regular follow-ups from Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication, data accuracy, and CRM updating skills.
• Experience in education, healthcare, or student services is a plus.
• Able to commence ASAP and work from Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Host onboarding sessions and orient newly enrolled students.
• Monitor progress, track portfolios and milestones.
• Provide prompt, clear text-based support to student/parent inquiries.
• Coordinate learning resources and interview preparation with tutors.
• Maintain long-term student engagement and high satisfaction.
• Update student profiles and CRM records with accuracy.
