Job summary

Medic Paths Ltd is seeking a patient, service-oriented Overseas Admissions Support Specialist to support our global education team in a fully remote role. You will coordinate student onboarding, monitor progress, and manage communications with families applying to top overseas medical, dental and veterinary programmes.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore is welcome; experience in international education or coordinating admissions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Cantonese proficiency is a strong advantage for local family communication.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, independent home working environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online onboarding sessions for new intakes and explain programme arrangements, study pathways and application workflows.
• Conduct regular progress check-ins to track student preparation and milestones.
• Provide daily written support and clarification for student and parent enquiries with timely responses.
• Coordinate with tutors, interview coaches and operations to arrange learning support and resources.
• Maintain ongoing student engagement and monitor preparation progress across cohorts.
• Manage and update student records and internal databases with high accuracy.
