Job summary

Wah Cheong Trading (HK) Company Limited, a premier frozen meat wholesaler in Hong Kong, seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead operations from -18°C to -25°C and drive a new WMS implementation. You will unify inventory management, logistics planning, and food-safety protocols while coordinating with cross-functional teams across buyers and suppliers.

The role requires 7+ years in warehouse & logistics management, with frozen food/FMCG exposure, and strong leadership to guide a 10+ person

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in cold-chain logistics and FMCG is essential
• Fluency in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations in -18°C to -25°C environments
• Lead a warehouse team and logistics staff (10+ members)
• Design and implement a new Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Coordinate with sales and procurement to meet delivery windows
• Negotiate with 3PLs and carriers; manage HK-China cross-border shipments
• Ensure HACCP/GMP compliance and HK FDA/ISO 22000 alignment
• Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, safety) and prepare reports
