The Meat Lab Limited is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations in Hong Kong. You will oversee inventory control, layout optimization, and ensure smooth production via stable material supply and on‑time delivery.

Your role includes coordinating with procurement and production, managing 3PL vendors, and cost control. We expect at least 3 years' practical experience in warehouse operations with leadership, strong communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' practical experience in warehouse operations and fleet management.
• F&B industry background is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with MS Word & Excel, with English and Chinese word processing skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Hold a valid forklift operation license.
• Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure while demonstrating integrity and cost-consciousness.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.

Responsabilités

• Assist in formulating warehouse & logistics operational strategies and plans, oversee warehouse layout and overall inventory control
• Collaborate with procurement and production department to ensure stable material supply, smooth production, and on‑time order delivery
• Manage full‑cycle warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, stocktaking, outbound delivery, and goods return processing
• Conduct regular (daily/weekly/monthly) stock checks, analyze inventory variances, resolve stock issues, reduce slow‑moving stock, and improve inventory turnover
• Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations for inbound materials, production, and finished goods delivery; optimize transportation routes, manage 3PL vendors, and control logistics costs
• Prepare daily operational reports and data analysis for management review
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management
