Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead front office operations. You will ensure service excellence, collaborate across departments, and resolve guest issues while protecting the hotel's interests.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in hospitality with supervisory experience, fluent English and Chinese, and proficiency in MS Office and PMS systems. An outstanding guest experience mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in hospitality with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English and Chinese.
• Outstanding guest resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all front office departments are managed efficiently according to hotel policies and the Peninsula Service Principles.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure all guest requirements are met.
• Handle guest comments effectively with protection of both guest and hotel's interests.
• Ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
