Job summary

Lane Crawford Joyce Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant/Food Service professional to support in-store food offerings, deliver standout customer experiences, and help achieve commercial targets across retail and F&B concepts.

You will prepare and serve food and beverages, handle transactions, maintain stock and store presentation, and collaborate with a busy, rotating concept team. English and Chinese fluency is preferred, weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales driving initiatives.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Food Supervisors.
• Support cross-functional operations of in-store food offerings (retail, F&B concepts, events and activations).

The Role

• Report to the Food Supervisors

The Ideal Candidate

• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
• Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage
